Steelville Arts Council presents – Show and Sell Quilt Show Entry Form Show dates: August 31 – September 28, 2024 Gallery Zeke, 110 E Main Street, Steelville, MO 65565 Entry fee $10.00 per quilt, up to 5 quilts, complete one form for EACH quilt submitted. In order to know how many quilts to prepare to hang, ENTRY DEADLINE is August 17, 2024. QUILTS SUBMITTED IN 2023 SHOW AND SELL QUILT SHOW ARE EXCLUDED. Mail paper entries, and checks to Steelville Arts Council c/o Phyllis Perkins, 119 Robin Hill Dr., Steelville, MO 65565. Include Quilt Shop in Memo section. Paper entry forms will be available at People’s Banks, FCNB Banks in Steelville and Cuba, The Mission Store, The Singing Butcher and Sherlind’s Country Craft and More Shop in Steelville.

At that time, you will be asked to sign a release agreement and authorize someone to pick up your quilt if you are not able to. We should have already received your entry forms and payments.

Quilt Pick up will be on Sunday, September 29, 2024, Noon to 3 pm

A label tacked to a corner of quilt with exhibitor name and quilt name

Hanging sleeve for quilt (4” minimum)

Quilt is in carrying sleeve, pillowcase, garment bag with exhibitor name, phone number and quilt name

Quilts in trash bags WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

WE’D LOVE TO HAVE YOU VOLUNTEER DURING THE SHOW

WOULD YOU ENJOY SPENDING TIME AT GALLERY ZEKE ONE- OR TWO-DAYS DURING SEPTEMBER IN THE MIDST OF BEAUTIFUL QUILTS? TALKING ABOUT QUILTS TO GUESTS WHO COME TO SEE YOUR QUILT?

THE SHIFTS WILL BE:
10 AM TO 1PM THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY.

1 PM TO 4 PM, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY.

YOUR DUTIES WOULD BE SIMPLY TO SIT WITH AN EXPERIENCED VOLUNTEER TO TALK ABOUT QUILTS, GREET GUESTS WHO COME IN TO SEE THE QUILTS, MAKE NEW FRIENDS AND SELL RAFFLE TICKETS.
